Fawkes in Action
I got a new camera!!! A Nikon Coolpix s200 in red. I was able to rescue my pictures from my old camera and here is my Fawkes sock in action:

Juli - make sure you ask about the drain field - septic tanks can be replaced - a non-functioning/non-perking drain field is a total loss and nothing can be done to repair it. Good luck on getting a new and wonderful home.
